One vehicle recently passed its annual emission test with flying colours despite the fact that the catalytic converter had been found to be clogged up and needed replacing, so it was removed prior to the test. The testing organisation hadn’t been told that the catalytic unit had been removed. At the end of the test they commented on how good the non existent Catalytic converter unit on the car was. The emission results were excellent with only the fuel cell connected.
How does it Work? As an example: When a barbeque fire is being lit there are two ways to do it. One fast the other slower requiring lots of huffing and puffing. The best is to put in some paper and wood plus the charcoal, then throw on a little white spirits. Throw a lit match and stand back. The fire lights fast. What you did was put a small amount of faster combusting paper with slower combusting wood to assist in the lighting of the slow starting and burning charcoal. The white spirits are 100 x more combustible than paper. The result is quick starting fire. The Turbo Fuel Cell works in the same way. The HHO or Browns gas produces three times more combustion than Petrol and is many more times more combustible than Diesel.
So like the barbeque fire started with a small amount of white spirit on the pile of paper, wood and charcoal, we mix a very small amount of on demand HHO gas with the incoming air/fuel mix. The HHO gas is sucked into the cylinder with the petrol or diesel fuel. As HHO is three times more combustible than petrol it causes a bigger more efficient burn of the fuel in the cylinder. No longer are you only burning as little as 20% of the petrol or diesel and polluting everything by pumping out through the exhaust and wasting up to 80% of the petrol as you do now by blowing uncombusted materials out of the tail pipe.

Water is the storage medium for HHO The Turbo Fuel Cell is completely safe as it is an on demand system. The HHO gas is produced from water where it is stored. One litre of water stores over 8,340 litres of HHO gas. There is no fire hazard because as we both know the fire brigade and everyone else uses water to put out fires. So it is completely safe. The HHO gas is produced on demand so there is NO huge reservoir of combustible material like petrol. So there is no risk and little or no traceable cost to produce the HHO. Example of potential savings If a car presently does 35 mpg and then suddenly after installing the Turbo Fuel Cell is achieving 70 mpg, that represents huge savings. So effectively fuel costs will have been halved per mile.
For instance, Petrol costs £1.08 per litre in Britain (as at 22 Nov) then a full 55 litre tank will cost £59.40. "Everybody should have this technology!" A friend installed this gizmo in my truck two months ago. After 30 seconds first start I noticed that the engine became soooo quiet. At first I thought the RPM went down because of the water, but no, the device has definitely changed the way my engine works - it does not ping anymore! "My car continues to improve... Feels like a new car!!" My car is an 1986 Subaru GL. I bought her originally in 1989. Two weeks ago I agreed to have the gas saving device put on my car. Immediately I noticed that the engine was much, much quieter and smoother. We did a test drive on the car with and without the device. The results were spectacular.
